Youngsters Running Group

Eveline van de Ven gives weekly running lessons to a group of young people. The small group soon feels safe and trusted. Eveline teaches you how to run faster or smoother. To achieve this you not only go running but you also do all kinds of other games to become fast, smooth and strong. Your condition improves as well as your technique so that you can come along well with gym classes, while exercising and playing outside with friends.

Target group: young people aged 10-16
Costs: €72 for 8 lessons.
Time: Thursday evening from 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm
